We're always excited when Friday rolls around for the chance to serve our product face to face and talk all things cold brew with our customers. (The rest of the week, we focus on the bottling operation.) At the Lab, we offer our award-winning classic cold brew on ice, in bottles (buy 3 get one free), and 1 gallon growlers. We also serve our cold brew on nitro, infused with 100% nitrogen gas for a bubbly, creamy experience, like a Guinness beer. Hot coffee? We have that, too: our ZING blend brewed in batches and ready to go. Pick up a bag of our ZING blend to brew at home (yes, we can grind it for ya!) along with a Porlex JP-30 hand-grinder, AeroPress, or white ceramic Hario V60 (and filters for the Aeropress or Hario). Currently, our only food option is ramen noodles—a barista's best friend—served in a large hot coffee cup, with chopsticks.
Rearranging furniture is a favorite pass time of ours, but we always have a few tables to sit at, a few standing tables, and maybe a motorcycle on display. Free wifi, of course, too.
